Admission Procedure
Step 1
a) Download the application form from
Downloads section
Step 2
Fill up the application form. Attach the copy of results. If the results are awaited please indicate in the grades / marks column “Result Awaited”. It is to be noted that the application will be considered only if the mark sheets / transcripts are made available to the Vidyapeeth within the stipulated date.
Step 3
Attach the following documents
| a. | Certified copies of the mark sheet / grade / transcript of the qualifying examination |
| b. | Copy of Passport |
| c. | Proof of NRI status |
| d. | Passport size photographs (5) |
| e. | Processing fee of US $ 200 in the name of The Registrar, Dr.D.Y.Patil Vidyapeeth payable at Pune. |
| f. | Equivalency certificate issued by AIU, New Delhi (or copy of correspondent letter to AIU for issuance of equivalent certificate) if required. |
| g. | Medical fitness certificate |
| h. | Undertaking duly undersigned by the parent / guardian |
| i. | Copy of Visa |

Step 5
Acknowledgement will be sent through e-mail. It will also indicate if any additional information is required.
Step 6
The application will be screened at Vidyapeeth level by an admission committee appointed for the same and all the short listed candidates will be issued a letter indicating “eligible” / “non eligible” for the said course, by an e-mail.
Step 7
Once the candidate receives an intimation through an e-mail about provisional admission, he/she will have to deposit one year tution fees in US $ as per the details provided in the e-mail.
Step 8
The students are advised to reach Dr. D.Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, Pune 1-2 days prior to the commencement of classes to complete the other formalities of submitting all the original documents, Visa and hostel admission.
Step 9
Registration at FRO : It is mandatory for all foreign students holding foreign citizenship to register with the Foreigner’s Registration Office (FRO) within stipulated time period on their arrival in India.
