As Pro Vice-Chancellor, Dr. Smita Jadhav is the catalyst for raising the bar of higher education. She has seamlessly integrated simple digital solutions into the education system, revolutionizing the lives of both teachers and students. Today, she stands as the guiding force behind multiple education institutions under Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, Pune, collectively impacting the lives of over 25,000 students.
As for her educational qualifications, she has a PhD in Education from Savitribai Phule Pune University. She has completed her MBA in Financial Management, and a BE in Computers from the University of Pune. She has also done a Leadership Training Programme, at the University of Oxford.
Dr. Jadhav has worn many hats in her distinguished career. She is also the Director at Pudhari Publication Pvt. Ltd., Executive Director of Tomato 94.3 FM and Aapla FM 91.9, and President of the Kasturi Club, a community of over 16,000 women. Here, she has not only created a platform for women, but a thriving ecosystem, nurturing successful entrepreneurs within its fold.
